However, outside of Japan as closed society, Science and Technology in the world advanced explosively through the Industrial Revolution. Japan lagged behind other countries for this aspect.

Second is the road how to get over this delay. Japan was requested by another country who lead Technology to open the closed society. Japan opened a country in 1868.

Japan has not answered the culture in the negative, but received it. Japanese has level upped it with the mind to learn thoroughly. It goes without saying, we have the spirit refined in the previous generations.
